WHAT IS VCASH?
Vcash is a virtual economy where goods and services are exchanged using Virtual Cash
(Vcash) as
a medium of exchange backed by goods and services available within the system
HOW IS VCASH DIFFERENT FROM CASH?
Vcash is designed for commerce in the virtual world where no physical medium of exchange is required.
Vcash is an alternative method of exchange and is much more secure than a cash transaction
Unlike a cash economy, where cash availability can severely restrict growth, vcash leverages the earning potential of its Account Holders
to create the funds necessary to enable the free exchange of goods and services
As such it is unaffected by external credit crises
WHERE CAN I USE VCASH?
You can use VCash Within the Vcash self contained economy at any number of service providers listed within the system
WHAT CAN I BUY USING VCASH?
As VCash is a virtual economy it is ideally suited for the exchange of goods and services that can be exchanged electronically.
However hard (physical) goods and services can just as easily be exchanged.
Full listings of Account Holders are listed within the online directory.
A wide range of goods and services are available
Furthermore VCash has an external purchase program whereby you may request goods and services from external providers and
Vcash will attempt to source them on your behalf

WHAT ARE THE
COSTS?
There are no account keeping fees with vcash, you simply pay a transaction fee of
3%
Deducted at time of sale
This transaction fee is then distributed accordingly as:
1% Vcash admin
1% Referral Bonus Paid Monthly to Account holders you refer
1% Transaction Guarantee Levy
WHAT ARE THE RISKs?
Being as Vcash is a self contained economy, it is very difficult to "take the money and run"
Any funds illegally obtained still have to be used within the economy making fraudulent action self defeating.
As a result of this VCash can guarantee your funds, even though you may be a victim of fraud.
People committing fraud, however, have no such guarantee.
The greatest risk with Vcash is that you may be too successful
VCash recommends that you use Vcash for no more than 20 to 40% of your turnover.
As you will still need cash for day to day expenses
As the Vcash economy continues to grow more and more of these products and services will become available.
WHAT SAFEGUARDS ARE THERE IN THE SYSTEM?
VCash uses the latest encryption technologies to secure your accounts including 128 Bit encryption (Bank level)
and multiple redundancy checks.
Your funds are guaranteed safe.
Even if you are the victim of a fraudulent transactions your funds are guaranteed.
A transaction is protected in a number of ways
When you purchase a product the funds are transferred to the seller immediately
However they remain in escrow for 7 days for national transactions and 14 days for international transactions
If you have a problem with the transaction you can lodge a dispute.
A dispute can be for 2 reasons
- Product not as described , You will be asked to return the item and provide a tracking number
Your Purchase price will then be refunded
- Item not received, the Supplier will be asked to supply a tracking number, If you still do not receive the product, your purchase price will be refunded

PLEASE NOTE: Vcash will refund the purchase price only. Charges for shipping and handling external to the Vcash system cannot be refunded.
Vcash encourages account holders to resolve issues between themselves.
Should you wish to raise a dispute with VCash over a transaction Vcash will charge a fee of 10% of the value of the transaction (with a minimum fee of $10.00) to
investigate your complaint
IS THIS BARTER?
While VCash draws from both the Banking industry and Commercial Barter programs it is neither
and has developed these concepts into another level.
This is not barter, barter is the direct exchange of goods and services for goods and services
